Many buyers ask "Where do I begin? I want to purchase a home!"
Let me help you with that one :)
All you have to do is call a lender at a mortgage company, or bank, and ask them to please pre-qualify you to purchase a home! If you don't know someone, just ask me and I'll be happy to refer you to several, really good ones!
Working with a good lender is very important to the process and your peace of mind! It usually takes 24 hours and you will be given the "Happy News"!
Should it not be your moment to purchase your dream home, your lender will be able to guide you to that moment. This is another reason to be pre-qualified before you begin your Great Adventure of shopping for a home!
Then it's time to call us at The Judy Kunzman Team and let us work for you! We so look forward to assisting you and making this experience not only exciting but FUN!! Remember, Life is Good!
